The apartment has been satisfactory. Top floor unit of a 3 floor walk up means it's not too noisy within the building. The location is outstanding. In unit washer dryer is also a big selling point. The building management are difficult to work with, but fortunately I do not have a need to work with them often.
What did you like most?
Neighborhood. Very close to the heart of Wicker Park.
What did you like least?
Hasn't been updated in several years.
