Just moved in, so I have to give it some time. There were some maintenance requests immediately apparent when we moved in, so that needs to be addressed.

I live in a brownstone with only 6 units. It's in a great area which makes up for any need to have a doorman/pool/gym etc. I like having the ability to pick and choose my amenities via businesses in the area.

What did you like most?

Privacy, feels like a home instead of an apartment, In-unit washer/dryer & dishwasher, in walking distance to everything I need.

What did you like least?

No doorman.
