The building is nice and quiet--a 3-unit building with the owner/landlord living in the ground floor unit. There is no washer/dryer available, little storage in my unit, and I am responsible for all utilities (including heat). My landlord is very responsive to any problems that arise, rare as they are.
What did you like most?
I like the aesthetics of the apartment. It is hardwood and tile floored, with an accent wall in each room.
What did you like least?
The lack of storage and washer/dryer on site are both a big drawback. I am planning to move, when I can afford to, because of these issues.
