Brand new (Summer 2014) with granite finishes in kitchen/bath. S/S appliances, small balcony, in-unit laundry, central air/heat. Shared exercise area and rooftop with grill, deck chairs, outdoor covered TV area in complex. Second outdoor area with grill closer to actual unit. Covered bike storage and carports. Very close to new mariano's and metra, walking to brown and red lines. Spacious bedrooms with good closet storage. Residents are mostly young, sharing, considerate. Development feels like its own little community with nice landscaping. Was well-maintained in winter.

no real place to move in (closest street a block away, landlords prohibited use of parking lot). terrible internet connection in brand new apartment. separate bedrooms share a wall and even small movements in bedrooms/other units are easily overheard. Bedrooms got very cold in Winter despite central air/heat. Nice sunlight but poor air flow throughout unit as a whole. No good way to dispose of trash without walking most of a block. Poor kitchen storage. Decor is modern to a fault - shared spaces are borderline tacky.
