Overall great if you have money to spend in a high rent neighborhood. Not sustainable for long term, in my opinion, but nice for the temporary stay or if you work downtown. Highlights: Close proximity to CTA, conveniently close to area stores and restaurants. Lowlights: Homeless people near CTA, loud train noise constantly outside or when windows open.
