Moderate elevator wait times. One resident observes that there is no place for dogs to relieve themselves, so it often winds up right outside the door.

    Very easy and comfortable place to live; like the smaller boutique feel of the building; rent is reasonable; apartment finishes are nice (although not top of the line)

    What did you like most?

    Location is very convenient - close to transportation, loop, restaurants, grocery stores; management is great to work with and has an app for your phone for very easy maintenance requests or package notifications; gym is rarely crowded; rooftop deck is great and views are amazing

    What did you like least?

    Building is extremely pet friendly (which is great!), but there is no good outdoor space for dogs to relieve themselves so it often ends up on the sidewalks right outside the door.
