Good experience overall. The neighborhood is a great blend of families and younger people. There is a lot to do on Division - good restaurants and bars. I feel very safe in the area although we have had many packages stolen from our front step and graffiti is a regular occurrence. Our landlord is a private owner and we have had a decent relationship with him.
