I really love my apartment, but I have had a few issues. My apartment window was broken and a few items were stolen, but my landlord paid to install bars for all windows. The tenant above me had a major floor that ruined my ceiling, but has yet to fix anything.
What did you like most?
Great apartment for a very reasonable price. The lawn is always well mentained.
What did you like least?
The building owner does not take the time to meet tenants.
