Management has been very responsive every time we've needed something. There have been some issues with water damage recently and they've taken care of everything. I see our building manager around on a daily basis and we know each other by name, which is nice.
What did you like most?
It's a pretty quiet building with mostly young families. There's a lot of space, which is what I like the most.
What did you like least?
The continuing issues with the roof of the building and water damage in our unit. Also, it's right on the train tracks, so we need to replace our windows with sound proof windows.
