I recently moved in, but the landlord has been committed to making sure that everything is well-kept and that we are happy with our Coach House. His handyman comes regularly to check on things take care of anything that needs to be done. Working with the landlord and the handyman has been a dream. Our bedrooms are closets are large. The appliances are new. We have a laundry/storage room that is not "in-unit" but is in a room just below our unit and we are the only tenants with access. Everything was clean and ready for us when we moved in.

What did you like most?

Our unit is two floors, so the first floor is our living, dining, and kitchen space. The second floor is our bedroom space. I enjoy the separation of the two. I also really like our landlord.

What did you like least?

We only have one bathroom and it is on the first floor (not on the same floor as our bedrooms).
