It's an inexpensive building in a neighborhood that's being aggressively gentrified. If you wanted to live alone and enjoy the perks of Wicker without the crowds, expenses, or noise then I would highly recommend it.
What did you like most?
The amount of space and light I get for relatively little money.
What did you like least?
Lack of in unit washer and dryer.
