Very pleasant. The staff seemed very strict when we moved in but once you settle in as a resident, they are super accommodating.
What did you like most?
Ease of working with management. Balcony facing the lake and lincoln park.
What did you like least?
The hallways in the building are old and a bit rundown. It needs a makeover.
