The building is clean, spacious, and affordable - a rarity on the Southport Corridor.
What did you like most?
I like the management company and how well they take care of the building. You cannot beat that location either.
What did you like least?
The building is about 100 years, and while it's in great shape with lots o character, it lacks some of the more modern conveniences (central AC, in unit laundry, etc...).
