It was great until a trumpet player moved in over a year ago. He has been unwilling to be accommodating to quiet his playing when our son naps even though we have asked him. He has been very inconsiderate and I'm excited to move away from him. Musicians should not be allowed to play in any apartment, especially older ones where the sound really carries.
