Over all experience has been great. The building common areas are always clean. The staff has done extremely well maintaining the building cleanliness during the pandemic.
What did you like most?
Great views, pet friendly, best apartment soundproofing I’ve ever experienced. Building staff knows you by name, everyone has been friendly and kind.
What did you like least?
Kitchen cabinets are not standard size. It’s challenging to arrange pots & pans. My unit floor is uneven in the kitchen. Very noticeable slant. The outdoor deck is located directly over the train...it’s not as peaceful as it looks in the pictures.

Management is very responsive and maintenance requests are completed within 24 hours. The units are updated and very spacious with tall ceilings and floor to ceiling windows and I have a great view of the lake. It's fob access to get into the building and to get up the elevator, so I always feel very safe in the building. The doormen are extremely helpful and friendly. Although the amenity spaces just got revamped, they are not that impressive. There's a small gym and a community room plus an outdoor area for grilling, but the outdoor area closes at 10pm. If you're facing east, you will hear the L train nearby. Overall, a great building if you care more about the square footage in your unit than amenities.
What did you like most?
convenience to public transport
What did you like least?
lack of amenities

The South Loop has been the center of new residential construction in Chicago for the last decade as people have realized just how convenient it is. South Loop boasts a large amount of green space, Soldier Field, and an easy commute to The Loop. While many South Loop buildings are brand new high rises, the rent is comparably more affordable than other neighborhoods.
Taking a lakeshore stroll or running along the lake is easy for South Loopers, with its convenient location. Residents of South Loop can be found dining outside at a cafe or taking advantage of their building’s ample amenities on weeknights. The weekends in South Loop are spent walking to Shedd Aquarium or Adler planetarium for whimsical exploration. Or, using the money saved on rent to attend Lollapalooza or go shopping downtown.
Because South Loop is mostly residential, the nightlife options here are slim to none. Most people head downtown for their entertainment, which makes this neighborhood a quiet place to settle down.
