This is a nice place in a great location.

Brand new construction. Every unit has an awesome balcony.

It's a bit confusing with all the random fees tacked onto rent. Inability to pay for rent ahead of time.

Very good. Amenities and new lobby have been major improvements during past year.

Great location, unit soundproofing is excellent, maintenance is very efficient. A variety of grocery options within less than 1/2 mile radius.

Water pressure could be better, more in-unit storage
