I live in a 2 story house apartment. It is great for what we pay. We really valued certain things above others like location. Our place had garage and street parking easily available, a shared back porch area, washer and dryer in unit, and good common space.
What did you like most?
All utilities included, washer and dryer in unit, walking distance to Diversey brown line stop, street parking easily found, safe and quiet one way street. Large pantry space. Extra back screened in patio.
What did you like least?
Club foot style bath tub, one bathroom for 3 roommates, older building, AC units.
