So far so good besides the slow elevators. What do you like most: Location Doorman, amount of space for the price, maintenance staff is super helpful.
Great location and neighborhood, building is just ok.
Overall I had a good experience- enough to stay for two years. I moved out because I got sick of high rise living.
What did you like most?
The unit was spacious. I liked the pool. It was a great location especially first moving into the city. The landlord contacts were very friendly and helpful and maintenance was prompt.
What did you like least?
The elevators were terrible. The temperature would get too warm in the spring before they turned the air on. I didn't like the pooled utilities, and I think the unit charged through HOA fees to its tenants, because utilities were way too high.
