Nice layout for a two bedroom apartment. I live on the 26th floor so I've got a pretty good view. Location is close to Northwestern medical campus and Clark street has tons of great dining options.

Great value for the area, which is very convenient/easy to get to pretty much anywhere. Building is a bit older but they have been doing a bunch of renovations recently. Maintenance team is very responsive. Internet is somewhat slow/expensive. Dry cleaners available in the building, as well as an indoor pool, medium-sized gym, and small rooftop with a great view.

Which makes it one of the more unique Chicago neighborhoods.
Gold Coast Chicago housing options are mostly high rises, both old and new, that almost always have spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Despite high prices, there are good deals to be found in older buildings that have been well-kept.
