The building is great for what I get. It's not a new or remodeled high-rise, but it is kept very clean, people are all friendly, and the vintage aspects make it totally me.
What did you like most?
I love the one bedroom with high ceilings, hard wood floors, AC unit and ceiling fan.
What did you like least?
it's an old vintage building... wish we had a usable rooftop or patio or outside area or pool.

Wonderful, one of the best buildings I've lived in. Management is fairly strict about rules regarding how the apartment is treated, but its incredibly well maintained for an old building, the landlord is responsive and its spacious.
What did you like most?
The location, the view, the amount of space for a 1 BR.
What did you like least?
Construction next door and the nightclub next to the building can be a little noisy.

Within the Gold Coast neighborhood, you’ll find a blend of residences, restaurants, shopping, convenient access to Lake Michigan, and boisterous nightlife. Which makes it one of the more unique Chicago neighborhoods.

Gold Coast Chicago housing options are mostly high rises, both old and new, that almost always have spectacular views of Lake Michigan. Despite high prices, there are good deals to be found in older buildings that have been well-kept.

On weekdays tourists and residents frequent the area’s quaint parks, high-end shops, and restaurants. On weeknights, the area offers some of the best socializing and people-watching in the city. After hours, Division Street becomes a hub for those who don’t want the party to stop.

Weekends on Oak Street Beach and Lake Shore Drive are where Gold Coast really shines. Gold Coasters enjoy the ability to walk, jog or bike along Lake Michigan via quick access to the Lakefront Trail.
