Overall this is a great place. Per square foot it is the most expensive neighborhood I’ve lived in, but my rent total stayed the same moving from O4W, I just lost 500 sq ft. We have a great view and our apt finally feels like a home. The concierges are getting to know us as well, which makes for a personal touch.

There are plenty of festivals around the area that cause a bit of noise but they aren't usually a problem. Overall, I absolutely love living here and don't think I could have picked a better apartment.
What did you like most?
Amazing amenities, super friendly staff, and great residential events.
What did you like least?
Guest parking can be tricky. There are a limited number of spots and it is not uncommon for guests to have to park at the paid parking garage that is up the street.

Neighborhood
With over 150 restaurants, boutique shopping, and the city's best nightlife, Midtown Atlanta is the cool, trendy place to be. Residents enjoy this central neighborhood's walkable nature, and commutes are easy due to full bus and subway service. From the High Museum of Art to the Peachtree Street commercial district to the clubs on Crescent Avenue, the action never stops. In the words of the Midtown Alliance, it’s a “true mixed-use, new urbanist, live-learn-work-play community.”
Not surprisingly, Midtown is growing quickly. Population estimates hover around 17,000 (compared to Downtown’s 27,000). But unlike Downtown, where historic buildings are reused and revitalized, there are lots of brand-new rental options in Midtown Atlanta. This neighborhood is known for its ultra-luxury high-rise buildings that boast incredible views of the downtown skyline. Average rent is $1,870, but Midtown residents will tell you it’s worth the price.
Whether you’re moving to a new home or choosing a place for a dinner date, you can’t go wrong in Midtown Atlanta.
