It's Okay. I wasn't expecting the amount of noise. I came from Apartments where i lived for Five (5) years and they were built in the '70's and are much more sound proof.
What did you like most?
Amentites
What did you like least?
Noise, Paper thin walls. Seems like NO insulation. Only One (1) TV hook up in the 1 BR LR and both are at the same location in the units. You can actually hear "word for word" what your neighbor is saying, I recorded it and it's remarkably clear.

Location & Neighborhood

Grant Park

Lush green spaces and tons of historic charm make Grant Park one of Atlanta’s most beloved neighborhoods. Home to Grant Park, Atlanta’s oldest city park that sprawls across 130 acres, there’s plenty of reasons to get outside here. With miles of walking paths, Zoo Atlanta, and the Grant Park Farmers Market, there’s always something to do in Grant Park! This neighborhood also hosts some of Atlanta’s favorite festivals, like the Summer Shade Arts & Music Festival, as well as a Halloween Lantern Parade.

When it comes to housing, you’ll find some unique and charming architecture in this neighborhood, similar to Buckhead. Victorian beauties and Craftsman bungalows dot the tree-lined streets. Despite climbing home prices, Grant Park has recently added more apartment communities to accommodate a variety of renters.
