Affluent · Refined · Naturally Beautiful · Growing
Mid-Beach forms a part of Miami Beach that encompasses the area north of 23rd St. and the Indian Creek, and south of 63rd St. It includes the famous Millionaires’ Row, which spans from 41st St. to 63rd St. Once a celebrity hot spot, it now houses coveted oceanfront condos and luxury hotels.
Mid-Beach has grown a lot in the past few years, thanks to new, opulent hotels, such as Edition and Faena, that caused a total renovation of the area and created a whole new infrastructure for its residents. And, with longstanding icons like the Fontainebleau and Eden Roc, this is one of the hottest places to live and hang out in right now. Mid-Beach also contains lots of kosher stores and restaurants.

This area is ideal for those who love a beautiful stroll and exercising outdoors.
In the evening, lots of glamorous people pull up at fancy hotels, like Edition, for a trendy night on the town. The professional, yet fun and joyful vibes make this the place to be, to see, and to be seen.
