Brickell Neighborhood Guide

Welcome to the “Manhattan of the South” - meaning, everybody wants to be here!

Multicultural · Upscale · Desirable · Happening · Multifaceted

Brickell is located just south of Downtown Miami. Although it has traditionally been recognized as a financial district or “Wall Street South”, the recent heavy development of many high-rises, luxury condominiums, and apartment towers, as well as Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Center, made it a well-rounded neighborhood.

Everybody wants to live here! With a fast-growing young population, Brickell is Miami's most dense and dynamic area. Professionals and business owners love to live and play in this pedestrian-friendly financial and entertainment hub.

Brickell Avenue and Miami Avenue are home to many hot restaurants, shops, and entertainment spots. Locals also love Brickell Key which is a lovely gated island of lavish, high-rise residential and hotel buildings, located right across the bay from Brickell.
