The community is great the unit is great except one of the bedrooms has a noise neighbor so the sound proofing isn’t great in that room.
What did you like most?
I like that my apartment really fosters a sense of community with all the events they host.
What did you like least?
No street or guest parking, it’s a new building so they still have some kinks to work out but they’re handling it well.

Have had an enjoyable time here so far. The amenities are the best I've seen/heard of in any apartment. There's always something going on, and it's relatively easy to socialize with folks at the various community spaces and events.
What did you like most?
Great amenities, close to nightlife and restaurants, highway is very accessible
What did you like least?
Since it's a new building there are some things that still need to be finished/fixed. During peak summer move in time it was really busy, and the apartment management folks were sometimes inaccessible. The building uses a lot of new tech - like using phones to unlock the doors, package rooms, bike lockers, etc. This is really convenient but can also be sorta finicky at times. They don't have nearly enough parking for all their residents.
