Overall we’ve had a good experience at Mason so far. Our unit has been the highlight, couldn’t be happier with it. The amenities look like they’ll be nice but some are still under construction. They look close to completion and the gym just opened up and has been great. The only major concern that we’ve had is the regarding security. There’s been multiple reports of theft and break ins both in the building and in the garage. Signs have started to be posted reminding residents to fully close any doors that require key access but it would be great to see some security presence. I’ve yet to see any security guards anywhere around the property.
What did you like most?
We love the unit that we are in. Very spacious two bedroom and it is in great condition.
What did you like least?
There’s been a large amount of break ins to cars, units, and storage units that we’ve seen posted about on the community message board. We’ve not been affected so far, but it’s definitely concerning. The package room is also incredibly unorganized. Despite designated spots for units being clear we often have to search for our packages. This is likely a problem with the delivers not so much the leasing office but it’s frustrating nonetheless
