Overall, minus one noisy neighbor and the temperature control issues, my experience has been positive and the leading office people are very nice and attentive.
What did you like most?
The location, tall ceilings, hardwood floors and walk-in closet.
What did you like least?
The leasing office regulates your air conditioner temperature via "the nest" so on really hot days, no matter what temperature you set your air conditioner to, they have it default to 74 degrees. We shouldn't have to pay for the air conditioner at all if they are going to be controlling the temperature. 74 degrees when it is in the 80s or above outside is not comfortable.
