The location is fine and the sky lounge is great. Covid has made it hard to enjoy the gym since it’s only open 9am-5pm. If you work a standard 9-5 job then you won’t enjoy it. But I really really do not like the lack of security here especially since it’s close to the tent community of civic center. Personally if I can afford to break the lease I will do so and will not be resigning here. Please make sure to warn future tenants of the lack of security, the stolen vehicles and the disrespectful staff and their lack of urgency to fix this.
What did you like most?
The Skylounge is by far the best thing for this building. Great views of the mountains and city. Great to host guests. Also the close proximity to everything. A 8$/10min uber ride to Rino/Lodo/Five Points for dinner and nightlife.the new liquor store downstairs is a plus too.
What did you like least?
The security is a major major issue. There no cameras in the garage and homeless people have seen entering the building and even have STOLEN 2 cars. The building administration is not helpful and have even told a tenant that they are not responsible for what happened if he wanted to pursue legal action towards them for lack of security regarding his stolen car then they would love to see him try.
