Enjoy it a lot, area is fantastic and the unit itself is so nice. Move in was a little rough with parking and then assigning a spot that someone already had. Overall I really like the building.

What did you like least?
Office is not organized with parking availability.

Aside from management being hard to get in touch with prior to/during moving, I’ve had no issue

What did you like least?
Leasing and management are very hard to get in touch with

Moving in was a disaster. Management was not clear in their instructions. Promised concessions took weeks and many discussions to receive. Little to no new-resident info. If management is in their office calling is the best bet to get something done. It takes weeks for them to respond to an email or voicemail. The unit itself is great. Large kitchen, large bathroom and closet. Balcony for fresh air. Great location in the city....once COVID is over. People are friendly, although inside the elevator or walking the dog, you don't see many people. Once I got past the move-in issues, it's been wonderful.
What did you like most?
Great AC, In-unit Washer & Dryers, balcony, large kitchen.
What did you like least?
No nearby parks. Management is friendly but made a ton of mistakes and errors during move in, and are constantly busy so requests go unanswered for long periods of time.

Like many other art districts, RiNo was once home to industrial warehouses and rail yards. Today, it is the center of Denver’s street art scene and a hip, cultural hub. There is craft brewing, street art, one-of-a-kind cuisine, furniture makers, coffee roasters, and a whole lot more. Art galleries, studios, and tattoo shops are on every corner, and streets are covered in vibrant murals painted by some of Colorado’s most respected artists.
The area’s full name is River North Art District, but it has been shortened to RiNo, like many other Denver neighborhoods. This area has been the “belle of the ball” in recent years, with developers, restaurateurs, and residents all racing to claim a spot. This fast development has brought a wide range of rental options, from 400 square foot (yet surprisingly spacious) “micro-units” to luxury units. Just a stone’s throw from the CBD and right on the highway, commuting to and from RiNo is a breeze. Because it’s just north of downtown, you can get amazing views of the Denver skyline.
