The vibe of the building kind of feels like an adult college dorm, but it's always clean and the staff is great. The gym has all the basic machines you could need, but the equipment is a bit dated and worn. The laundry room is an issue, with usually 1-4 machines (out of 12 total; 6 washers and 6 dryers) being out of order at a time, which would be more tolerable if we didn't also have to pay to do laundry. The apartment itself is nice, despite the lacking kitchen appliances. Plenty of closet space and a living area that fits an entertainment center and an office without issue. The bathroom is nice, with some pretty solid shower pressure. The water temperature seems to be inconsistent, though. Overall, it's a decent place with everything you could need, but leaves a lot to be desired for the price.

What did you like most?

The area is great. Multiple breweries, bars and restaurants all within walking distance. Grocery options are nearby as well.

What did you like least?

The kitchen appliances leave a lot to be desired. The oven is small and subpar, same with the stovetop. The fridge is alright, but the bottom shelf is half taken up by a silly design.
