My experience with my apartment has been great. My experience with AptAmigo was also stellar, I've told dozens of people about the service. Easily the best free-to-use service I've ever had the pleasure of finding.

What did you like most?

Amazing upgrades, super super good energy efficiency, great sound proofing, spacious, TREMENDOUS sunlight, great views.

What did you like least?

A little bit far from bars and restaurants, but also provides for a quieter living experience.

AMLI Denargo Market is a good apartment complex overall. The front desk staff is friendly and helpful, the community spaces are nice, although you don't spend THAT much time in them, and the walls are well sound-proofed. There are some things that get overlooked in the turn-over process; I definitely did a fair amount of my own cleaning when I moved in, but generally, it is a very comfortable place to live.

What did you like most?

I love the neighborhood. I liked the finishes in the apt, large closet, large shower and tall ceilings. I love the view of the mountains. I loved the city view from the gym too, but that's blocked by the new building going in to the south. :(

What did you like least?

Vallet trash making the halls smelly, lack of maintenance in the gym, loud hallway doors

The building is nice. It's pretty quiet. No partying neighbors. The Valet trash deal is pretty rediculous and can make the hallways smell at times. They should get rid of it and tenents should just walk it to the trash shoots that are on every floor anyways. The gym is decent, clean and new equipment, it lacks a few items but if you are looking for a serious gym then you should join one. The community room is on 5th floor and is really nice. Rino neighborhood is booming with breweries, restaurants, and shops so there's some cool stuff around. Quick jump to the highway is also a plus. Overall a nice building with relatively quite surroundings for a city. I would recommend living here.

Just a stone’s throw from the CBD and right on the highway, commuting to and from RiNo is a breeze. Because it’s just north of downtown, you can get amazing views of the Denver skyline.
