It was a really nice building to live in with fantastic staff, good amenities, but the neighbourhood itself still feels up and coming with all the development going on.
What did you like most?
The building staff made acoma truly feel like a home.
What did you like least?
The constant background noise of traffic/sirens etc

Super quiet, mature building with no disruptions I can think of. The pool is quiet, the firepit is great for entertaining, and the units are spacious.
What did you like most?
High-end finishes, great floor-to-ceiling windows, AMAZING staff, and great access to the Cherry Creek Trail.
What did you like least?
Security is great, which means it can be difficult for guests to get up to your apartment. Not really a negative, but something to consider. There was a big construction project built in 2019 that blocked the mountain view from the northern units (they still have amazing city views). So if you would like a mountain view, look for units on the south side of the building.

Neighborhood
Get a front-row seat to Denver’s many festivals, concerts, marathons, and more in this lively spot. Named after the Civic Center, which is located in the North part of this neighborhood, there are plenty of events right in your backyard. Fourth of July fireworks, food truck festivals, and the much-anticipated Taste of Colorado are all held here.
Home to the Denver Art Museum, the Public Library, and the Capitol Building, this neighborhood is always alive with something to do. If that isn’t enough, the Theater District is just a block north, and the 16th Street Mall Ride makes its southernmost stop here. So residents can hop on this free bus and scoot into LoDo via 16th Street Mall.
With Speer Boulevard to the West and Broadway to the East, getting around this neighborhood is a breeze. Many residential buildings are brand-new high rises with stunning city and mountain views. Because the neighborhood to the West contains single-story homes or city parkland, the mountain views will never be obstructed here. When searching for Civic Center rentals, expect a wide range of options and price points: everything from modern studios to luxury penthouses.
