I was really excited about the area, and really excited about the idea of living in a place no one has lived in. The area is great. And the staff is nice. But they seem like there are operational things they are working on--like the fact that the mailman acknowledges the mail is totally messed up, or the fact that the guest room didn't have a ceiling fan or overhead light for almost two months? It was supposed to be my office and it was very hot! There are some nice folks here--most residents seem friendly enough. If I could do it over, I would not pick this place.

The "sound dampening" windows are a joke. The trains are loud. There are continued issues with my mail--somehow this building is not properly registered with USPS so Ihave had things sent back to the sender, and I have had forms online not let me put in my address because they say the address is wrong?
I think they rushed to put my place to market--there are little things in the apartment that show shoddy/rushed workmanship, a messed up tile here, a crooked thing there.
I don't think they regularly vaccum on my hallway? I feel like I see the same pieces of kibble or something for weeks at a time.
There's been gross stains on the floor on the older side of the 4th floor for a month--maybe someone dumped their coffee on the floor?
The tvs in the community rooms don't seem to work?

They need police officer security, not just regular security that comes at night to make sure your vehicle don’t get stolen. I don’t like the the fact tow cars like that. It is very annoying and I have unfortunately had a friend get a car towed because the time had expired by a few hours for how big these apartment is they definitely need more visitor parking and not just on the first floor. Not fair to your visitors because it’s a lot of people that live here and they have families and they have multiple cars so the office staff is nice. They answer back very slow when it comes to email. I’ve been waiting for a few days for email that I sent. I haven’t heard any response back honestly if I was able to get enough money probably before the end of the Somewhere else

We have already had domestic violence situation here the sound I’m on the fourth floor person above me has a child and a run around and stop so you can’t hear things a while are thin and also the train is very annoying even though I do have acoustic windows you can still hit a train. It’s very annoying
