Overall, I’ve had a good experience. The leasing agent was quick to respond while I was in the process of getting my lease signed. Once the lease was signed she was less helpful. 2 months later I’m still waiting on my service animal paperwork to be approved and waiting to be refunded $500+ for that. In move in day they just handed me my keys and didn’t really provide any additional details about the building.
The unit itself is great. There were a few minor repairs that needed to be made upon move in but maintenance was quick to respond.
The amenities are pretty good. They could just be maintained a little better.
The package room is terrible. The lockers don’t work and there are no security cameras. I’ve already had packages stolen.
The best part about the apartment is the location. Conveniently located right next to target and Whole Foods. There are plenty of restaurant/bars/nightlife in close walking distance.
