Aspire Del Valle Apartments

Horrible! My apt was dirty first moving in, the construction left holes in the walls and paint every where and just made it not worth the amount of money you’re paying for rent. There’s an issue where your electricity goes out when you have too many appliances on. Dealt with my oven not working 2nd day moving in. My apt has water damage and mold growing underneath my bathroom sink and office staff knew about it and still moved me in. The internet goes out for days and it happened multiple times and I work remote. The management team are unprofessional and no help. My packages keeps getting stolen. Somebody car got broken into over the weekend,shattered glass all over the parking lot. The walls are paper thin, crickets come out of your vents. There’s nothing in del valle so you have to drive out for everything. I can go on and on…
