Building staff is great and all of the common areas well kept. Having a restaurant on the first floor does not hurt either.

Great building, mostly full of recent graduates. Reasonable rent. Great views of the skyline, lake, and Lincoln Park. Extremely pleased with this building.

Views. Tenants of similar age. Reasonable neighbors that don't give us noise complaints.
What did you like least?
One of the elevators has been out for 2 months and they have not fixed it yet. Elevators are old.
