Really enjoy living here. Walking distance to my favorite restaurant (Quartino's) and tons of great dining/nightlife options. Building is very social and friendly and the pool deck is awesome during the summer. Management has been a pleasure to deal with and Robert (doorman) is awesome!

What did you like most?

Parking is great; all residents get 10% off at the spa in the building. Views from the majority of the units are great since they?re aren't a lot of tall buildings nearby; it?s mostly shorter buildings and the parking lot across the street. The free Wi-Fi on the 7th floor is super fast.

What did you like least?

Elevators can take a while in the morning.

Great location for access to public transit and downtown attractions/activities, bars, and restaurants. Units have open floor plans, extensive window space, and great views depending on the direction. High-quality amenities including two fitness rooms with great cardio equipment and a decent selection of strength training equipment. Very nice pool and grill deck, library, business center, etc. The building and common areas are clean and well maintained and the building staff are courteous and very helpful. Have not interacted much with other residents but there are social events put on periodically by management and a lot of people are always out on the pool deck during the summer. Overall a great place to live.

Location, amenities, and views.

What did you like least?

Doesn't really have a neighborhood feel. Don't interact with any of my neighbors or co-residents much.

Great building for young professionals - everyone is very friendly and social. The pool scene and covered access to Whole Foods are huge benefits.

What did you like most?

The Whole Foods can be reached without leaving the apartment building. There?s a hallway that connects the two. You can get groceries without going out in the snow in the winter; it really makes a difference. Secure package-receiving area.

Free Wi-Fi on the 7th floor in the common area is really great; every morning in the common area there is free Starbucks coffee.

Definitely renewing for another year! Pool scene is among the best in the city, doormen are amazing, and the building is very friendly/social. We have gone on multiple double dates with other residents in the building. A short walk gets you all the shopping, bars, and restaurants of Rush St., Division St., and River North.

The most amenities at the same price than surrounding buildings; sometimes the elevators are slow. Overall love this building, wouldn't think of living anywhere else. Building is young, but doesn't get noisy at night.

What did you like most?

Management is easy to work with, very responsive. If something breaks or needs to be fixed people here are not afraid to say something and they?re very ?we need this done right now? so it gets taken care of.

Great - living here for 3+ years, still can't find a reason to move. Area is a lot like the upper west side in NYC - everything you need to live is a short walk or 5 minute cab ride.
