Good. It's a nice building with solid amenities. Located in a nice neighborhood that's very convenient to work.
What did you like most?
Nothing leaps out as being my favorite aspect of the building.
What did you like least?
The heat in the unit is super-dry. Wasn't great during the winter.

The building is pretty good. It has a decent gym and a nice outdoor deck. The unit finishes aren't too special, but it's not a big concern to me. I mostly moved to my building due to it's proximity to my office. Not too much in the neighborhood (aside from really good shopping), but it's walkable to great areas like Old Town and River North.
