Very good experience. I feel I get my value for what I pay for. The pool scene could be better, but that is just due to poor location (very cloudy/shaded). The parking situation is not ideal but not horrible. The parking deck is open to the public and bums chill in the stairwell.

What did you like most?

Great view of the city for the price. Door staff is great. Fairly priced (except for parking).

What did you like least?

Just the parking. Could also use a business center.

I loved the management at first, but once it changed to a new team, things got a bit lax. New Team is ok, but not too friendly. Door and maintenance staff are excellent and friendly! They really rock. Judy is amazing too.I really like my unit, it's been home for 5+ Years. Great location - I will miss it dearly when I move out.

What did you like most?

Building throws great parties, gym good, laundry updated, some tenants are friendly, excellent maintenance/security staff.

What did you like least?

"Building mgmt - They've gotten lax over the years. No party room Unreasonable Rent hikes every year.

The elevator waits can be brutal sometimes! The staff seem to only interact with those who have resided at the building longer. What few interactions I’ve had with staff (getting locked out of apartment, trying to receive a package) have all be pretty negative. I wish more than anything that upon moving into the unit that your received some sort of “here’s our amenities and how to utilize them”. Haven chosen this apartment via a virtual tour, I had to go off any information provided at that and figure the rest out on my own which was super stressful. For example, where the gym was located, how to load money onto the laundry card, what to do with recycling, etc.

What did you like most?

The size for the money! Large units!

What did you like least?

The walls scuff very easily and the floors are laminate, which can be difficult to clean. The front door is so heavy.

Good place to start in Chicago. Very convenient location, and posh neighborhood. Tenants are again a mixed bag. Not much interaction between tenants.

What did you like most?

Location is great. Brand new gym and laundry facilities.

What did you like least?

No dishwasher in all units.

Overall great experience living in this building. There's a general mix of tenants, including yuppies, families, and those who keep to themselves.

What did you like most?

Here are some of the positives: -great value for the amount of space you get in unit -the building staff is very friendly and responsive. -excellent location in the gold coast.

What did you like least?

Negatives: -the building is older, so things break and plumbing backs up sometimes -the management staff was just ok. To get ahold of the head decision maker when issues came up with not easy -The pool is outdoor and only gets sun from 9-11am and 3-5pm due to the building to the south of it.
