Elm Street Plaza Apartments

Good management, amenities, location. New resident but so far so good

The elevator waits can be brutal sometimes! The staff seem to only interact with those who have resided at the building longer. What few interactions I’ve had with staff (getting locked out of apartment, trying to receive a package) have all be pretty negative. I wish more than anything that upon moving into the unit that your received some sort of “here’s our amenities and how to utilize them”. Haven chosen this apartment via a virtual tour, I had to go off any information provided at that and figure the rest out on my own which was super stressful. For example, where the gym was located, how to load money onto the laundry card, what to do with recycling, etc.
