Looks nice from the outside. Once you live here...not so much. Everything is shoddily built from the cabinets to the cheap paint they use. Walls are thin. Floors are thin. Management is fairly rude (though they do respond the most).
What did you like most?
Convenience of the neighbourhood. Within a few minutes walk from grocery stores, red line/brown line, bus stop etc. Covered parking in the building (though a hassle to get to). Washer/dryer in unit. 24/7 building maintenance if anything does go wrong.
What did you like least?
Pressure to re-sign a year long lease comes quickly (2 months before move-in). The guest suite that they mentioned when I moved in has gone up significantly in price and makes it unaffordable relative to hotels nearby. It was an amenity I had planned on using but have had to skip.

Its really been great living at Chestnut Towers. Its an unbeatable location. I also enjoy the homely vibe they create - i look forward to seeing the doorman at the end of my day, always chit chat with management when I run into them and just an overall enjoyable living experience
What did you like most?
The non-hotel vibe of the luxury rental building. Most of them start feeling like a hotel and not a home e.g. Eugene Terrace
What did you like least?
Too many dogs! Its a very pet friendly building and we don't have a pet. It was never a problem / nuisance. However if I had to pick something I liked least this would be it.
