Overall experience is excellent.

What did you like most?

Great amenities, unit is clean and beautiful, management is flexible and responsive

What did you like least?

Neighborhood lacks personality and options for pets (Millennium Park strict with dogs being inside of it). Rent is a little pricey but overall manageable.

I really love my apartment. There were challenges in getting it since there was a bit of turnover in the leasing staff, but with persistence and patience everything worked out. It's a wonderful place to have friends and is conveniently located. The apartment itself is beautiful and if there are ever any issues, there's an online portal to request fixes which I've used and the updates are relatively prompt. Overall, great place to live.

This is a brand new building that is wonderful. The doormen are great, the amenities are awesome and it's in a great location for school as well as the night life.

Not sure I'm getting my money's worth. Level of professionalism/ service is quite different than I am accustomed to in NYC. I'm not sure, however, how it stacks up in Chicago. They do a nice job of hosting events in the building with various vendors that allow residents to meet and socialize. Demographics of the building are kind of all over the place - I doubt much screening or thought is put into the makeup of their tenants. Surrounding area is the Loop which essentially shuts down after 9pm on weekdays and 6pm on weekends, if at all.
