    I have lived here because there are not many good options in Hyde Park area, and I still believe that this apartment is one of the finest among them. However, a rent is high considering its poor amenity, security, and management system. Unit is also small.
    What did you like most?
    Newly renovated and thus clean unit. Neighborhood is still insecure but the apartment is located in the safest area in Hyde Park (Dorchester Ave). Grocery stores including Whole Foods Market and Treasury Island are not far. Proximity to the university area is great.
    What did you like least?
    Small SQFT considering a rent. Office staffs are often absent when necessary. Insecure neighborhood. Absence of dining options.
