    The amenities including the pool/deck, gym and package pick-up self-service is fantastic. The apartments are spacious and our unit is everything we could need and want.
    What did you like most?
    Pool and grills on the deck.
    What did you like least?
    There are quite a few condominium association rules and with a mixed group of renters and owners different opinions exist regarding the need of those rules.

    It's my first time living in a high-rise; the general population is far older than I thought, with only a handful of families and mostly older people living in the building. There is definitely a lot of hate focused towards young renters and owners (I myself am a young owner). That is the only bad thing about this building. Otherwise I love living here, it has great amenities, unit layouts are optimal for a 2 bed/2 bath, and the location is superb.
    What did you like most?
    The pool deck is amazing and comes with 6 different grills, and well-maintained furniture and gazebos. The gym was also recently updated, which is great!
    What did you like least?
    As previously mentioned, the older people that live in the building are the only bad part of the building. Pretty much all of them are whistleblowers on other tenants in the building, and used HOA money to install security cameras seemingly just to catch people breaking innocuous rules and fining them atrocious amounts. I myself haven't been fined, but I have heard of people getting fined $500 for doing 3 loads of laundry when the limit is 2 at a time. Blatant financial enforcement of rules like this just seem to be past the realm of reason.
