    It's great, especially if you have a car and are able to get a spot in the lot under the building. It's within walking distance to multiple bus lines, grocery, and restaurants. The building engineer is super responsive. The rent is starting to get pricey, but I'm loathe to leave this apt since the maintenance is great and the location is convenient.
    What did you like most?
    I love that things get fixed in the apartment right away and that it has an elevator. It's proximity to grocery and public transportation can't be beat.
    What did you like least?
    The rent is starting to get pricey. There is only 3 washers and dryers. Around the holiday season, packages start to disappear, but that seems to be a common problem for apartments.
