The building is okay, you get what you pay for. I really liked the neighborhood its very quiet, there's a lot of families and a daycare on the same street. Very close to the red line, the lake, and there's a cute old fashioned candy store half a block away. I didn't like that they were only 4 washer/dryers available. Security isn't that great, people just let anyone in. The worst part is that the dumpsters are under the building, my unit happened to be one floor up slightly over it. If it was a very hot day my unit reeked of garbage even with the windows closed.

It meets all my basic needs, is a "nice" apartment, and when I have issues they seem to get addressed.
What did you like most?
I like that it is on a quiet street, near the lake, but also close to nightlife. It has everything I need.
What did you like least?
There were cockroaches here and there in the building when I first moved in. Those seem to have been taken care of.
