    The apartment itself was beautiful. All updated appliances, great views, floor to ceiling windows, etc. However, this used to be Cabrini Green back in the day so when they tore down the old Cabrini buildings the builder had to agree to provide a % of section 8 units. Some people would feel unsafe as it was a very diverse population.
    What did you like most?
    Views and the price - because it was old Cabrini you could get a killer deal because the demand wasn't huge. Dog friendly. Location was outstanding. Seward Park basketball courts outside the door.
    What did you like least?
    The fact that some of the section 8 residents didn't care much about upkeep of the property.
