    My experience here is great. I absolutely love my neighborhood. On one side of me I have the park right outside my door and easy access to the lakefront and on the other I have Fullterton/Clark/Diversey intersections. The building overall has been amazing as well. The only thing I find myself regularly complaining about is that I own my place, but cannot install a washer and dryer in unit because the building is old and the piping won't allow for it. I abhor communal laundering.

    As my building contains condos, I've interacted with both the building management and the individual condo owner. Both are great! My only complaints are that many of the amenities are offered "a la carte," which is awkward when I have to ask my friends for $5 any time they want to come to my pool. But the costs for my personal amenities aren't bad ($100/year for gym, $100/season for pool), but slightly irksome that they aren't included in rent (or for owners, covered by assessments).
