    Excellent rent for the space; clean building, well-maintained. Responsive landlord/maintenance guy. No bells and whistles (i.e. no amenities), but if you want a quiet neighbourhood with a lot of things to do within walking distance, this is a good place for it. It was a quality building too, in terms of construction. Solid doors and floors.
    What did you like most?
    Quiet and easy-going neighbours (no one freaked out over the occasional late-night hang-out/party, and everyone was kind in the hallways).
    What did you like least?
    Got cold in the apartment in the winter, but landlord was good in caulking the windows, which helped a lot.
