    I've owned a unit in a Lakeview, 6-unit walk-up since June 2009 so not sure many of these questions apply to me. The experience of living in an all owner-occupied building has been great. Tenants don't really interact all that much but everyone, for the most part, is laid back and understanding about keeping the building and its surrounding areas clean and up-to-date.
    What did you like most?
    Living in the Southport corridor has been great. When I first moved in there certainly was room for improvement in terms of both retail and dining options. Since then, there has been a noticeable build-up of the area and it has turned into a great family-friendly neighborhood.
