Great quality, amenities, and location. I like the doormen, but management sucks. Every single person I know who has moved out has incurred fees for damage (4 different people), including a $500 charge for a two inch scratch in a wall that I believe was there previously.

What did you like most?

The quality of unit and the 11th floor amenity space / pool.

What did you like least?

Management.

Solid experience. My biggest issue is internet services. We use AT&T U-Verse through the building and even though we pay for a high speed plan, our Wifi is terrible, which I think has more to do with the building. Very friendly management and doormen, good amenities (gym, pool, kitchen, theater room). On the higher end of price but it's worth it.

What did you like most?

Location - Wells and Division. Close to a number of bars, can walk to either River North or Lincoln Park area. Short walk to the Lake.

What did you like least?

Price and Wifi. I also wish there were more low key bars on Wells St, somewhat limited to Pour House and Benchmark.

The only reason I wouldn't rate it a 5 is because there have been a lot of issues with the elevators recently. There are three in our building and on most days only one works. This has caused a lot of uproar since our rent is very expensive. The building is also very new so it seems strange to have such issues with the elevator. What do you like most: We love the neighborhood-living on Wells street is so great. The neighborhood makes the expensive rent very worth it-plus we work downtown so it is a great location for us. I love the front door staff and the maintenance crews. What do you like least: The management is pretty spotty and don't seem very seasoned at their jobs.
