    Very positive overall. Our unit had a balcony and a great view of the Gold Coast and Lake Michigan. We had some fun parties/get together at our place. While we didn't interact much with our neighbors, they were all friendly (one was weird but also going through a tough life phase). The building has a mix of young professionals, older people, young families, and college/grad students.
    What did you like most?
    Hands down one of the most convenient places to live in terms of access to grocery stores and public transportation. I loved living so close to the lake and being able to run/bike along it. The surrounding neighborhood north of our building has some of the most incredible homes, stately manors that give the Gokd Coast its name. One of my favorite things to do was walk around that part of the neighborhood and take in the well kept yards and all of the trees. So lovely.
    What did you like least?
    The biggest bummer was when our elevators wouldn't work. When we first moved in last summer they were broken for several weeks, and the only way to ride them was for the building to hire a person to operate the elevator from the inside, as the elevator could only go to one floor at a time from the buttons on the inside. It was miserable for people in the building, those moving in, and most so for those who had to operate the elevators. Even after that problem was fixed the elevators would stop at random floors. I don't trust them to work properly, unfortunately.
